This Christmas, get ready for a festive adventure that’s bursting with magic, laughter, and a little bit of owl sparkle!
What’s in store?
You’ll join a small group of just 12 families for an interactive 1.5-hour Christmas journey – and the best part? Your ticket also gives you full-day entry, so you can stay, explore, and make even more memories with our amazing birds.
With twinkling lights, giggles galore, and the spellbinding swoop of owls overhead, this isn’t just a Santa visit..
… it’s a Christmas adventure like no other.

Santa's Workshop
Meet our Head Elf, who will lead you to the Elf Workshop. Here you'll be given your very own Elf Name, in a fun game that'll get everyone in the festive spirit!
Then it's time to roll up your sleeves and become a toy maker. Build your very own toy to take home as a keepsake.
Santa's Grotto
Next comes a truly special moment: your family will be invited to meet Santa/Sion Corn in private. With his real beard and bilingual welcome, he'll make your child's experience completely personal.
Leave us as much detail as you can when you book, so we can weave in those magical details that mean the most to your little one
Hold an owl
The enchantment doesn't stop there! You'll also have the chance to hold a real owl and capture a festive photo against a magical Christmas backdrop. Don't forget your camera!

Festive Flying Show
It's over to the stars of this Christmas adventure. Settle in for our brand-new festive flying show "The Night the Owls Saved Christmas".
A thrilling story brought to life by our beautiful Tawny owl - Fforest, Barn owl - Orchid, Snowy Owl - Tux, Great Grey owl - Dory and Eagle owl - Hector.
FAQs
Will we have to queue to see Santa/Sion Corn?
You do not need to queue. Your experience lasts 1.5 hours and during this time you will get to enjoy all of the Christmas activities led by our head elf.
Is Santa bilingual?
Sion Corn will be happy to speak to you in Welsh
Does Santa have a real beard?
Yes! Our Santa/Sion Corn is very authentic
Do I have to buy a Santa ticket if I don't want a gift?
If your child wishes to visit Santa please buy a Santa ticket.
Adults do not require Santa Tickets but everyone requires an Admission ticket to the Centre.
Once I have seen Santa and held an owl do I need to leave the Centre?
No, you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Enjoy visiting the birds in their houses, try out all of the activities in the Interactive Activity Centre or play in the play area.
Are the presents worth it?
We have tried to find gifts that are value for money and suitable for each age group. The cost includes the whole Santa Experience and we didn't have any complaints last year!
What happens if it rains?
The whole Christmas experience will take place indoors in our new Indoor Arena. We recommend you bring layers for the weather and maybe an umbrella to get from building to building and to visit the birds homes, but we can keep you dry for most of the day.
I am a carer, do I need a ticket?
Everyone is required to have a ticket. If you are a carer please choose the Carer option when you buy your tickets.
Our staff are trained not to assume a disability, so proof is required on arrival.
Proof includes –
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA),
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP),
- Blue Badge (photo ID required),
- Signed letter from GP (photo ID required),
- Access Card.
Documentation should be dated within the last 24 months

We pride ourselves in being able to make the changes you need to have the best visit to see us. If your child requires additional support or a quieter session with Santa, please contact us and we can make the necessary adjustments for you
