Please Note: We absolutely love meeting you on your visits to the Centre and talking to you about the birds. We  also have the highest standards when ensuring the welfare of our birds. On occasions this may mean that we don't respond to your phone call or email immediately.  

If you have any questions or queries the most effective way to reach us is via email, (either the contact form or direct email) and we will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. 

If you do need to phone us, please leave a message if we are not able to answer. If we don't answer your call it usually means we are working with the birds and don't have a free hand for the phone. In your message, please tell us briefly what your query is about so that we can ensure that the best person to answer your query gives you a call back as soon as they are available.
